Buyer Protection Register The Purpose
for the Use of the Register The
Controller uses this register to store a copy of photo identification and
signed payment authorization form of those customers whose volume of
purchases is unusually high. Content of
the Register Customer’s name,
email address, copy of photo identification, signed payment authorization
form, payment account, date of birth. Regular
Sources of Information Customers
give their consent to the processing of their personal data when they send in
the personal data for this register. The customers are only required to send
in their personal data, if the Controller chooses to confirm their identity
before allowing further purchases. Regular
Information Exchange with non EU/European Economic Area Parties Notification
of confirmed photo identification (photo identification itself is not
shared) and the customer’s name, email address and date of birth may be
shared with Dragon’s Eye Productions, Inc. of Texas, USA only if the customer
has explicitly approved it in the signed Payment Authorization Form, and if
the customer is at least 18 years old. The data may be shared with
Dragon’s Eye Productions, Inc. for the purposes of age verification and such
